Is the Managing Director of Variance Properties. His responsibilities include offering the company a strategic direction and management. John has a wealth of experience in marketing and management.

Dr. Mathuva is a Non-Executive Director at Variance Properties Ltd. David is currently a faculty at Strathmore Business School, Strathmore University where he lectures Accounting, Finance and related subjects. He is also the Academic Director (Ag.) for the MSc. in Development Finance and the Director for SBS Undergraduate Programs. Prior to joining Strathmore, David worked at KPMG Kenya in the Risk Consulting department, Forensic Services. At KPMG, David was involved in various investigative engagements, which cut across both the private and public sector. David had also worked as an accountant for Nairobi Capital Inc. and at East African Maltings in the Finance and Stores departments. David has worked in several other institutions in various capacities and currently sits in the Management Board of Mzima Springs Sacco, Nairobi. At Variance Properties, Dr. Mathuva takes part in policy development and financial consultancy.

Dr. Omondi is a Non-Executive Director at Variance Properties Ltd. He is Data Scientist - Statistical and Research Services Consortium, mathematician and a lecturer at Strathmore University, Kenya. He holds PhD in Mathematics from Strathmore University in Kenya, MSc. in Mathematics from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, MSc. in Mathematical Sciences from AIMS-South Africa in collaboration with Stellenbosch University and BSc. in Applied Statistics with Computing from University of Eldoret. Mr. Angwenyi is a Director at Variance Properties Ltd. He is an expert in Business Management with over 15 years of experience. He holds a Diploma in Cooperative Management and a Degree in Criminalogy. He also consults for top Security firms in the country.

Is the Operations Manager of Variance Properties. Clarah in her capacity oversees the day to day running of the company including daily visits to properties under our management. She is passionate about client satisfaction.

Is the company Investment Analyst. Emmanuel provides professional consultancy services to our clients on investment options, financing options and does due diligence on behalf of our clients buying or selling properties.

Margaret is the Client Relations Manager. Her responsibilities include coordinating timely response to client needs as they arise and to ensure clients are wowed.
